2. Terms of use
Access to this website is free of charge and makes whoever accesses it a user. Users undertake to make appropriate use of the content and services, in accordance with the law, good faith and this legal notice, and not to use them for unlawful activities or activities that may damage the website, its systems or the rights of third parties.
3. Information from the airspace analyser
The analyser queries public services of ENAIRE and the Spanish National Geographic Institute (IGN) in real time. The information it shows is for guidance only: it does not replace the official check at drones.enaire.es, it is not an authorisation to operate and it may not reflect recent changes to geographical zones or NOTAMs. The operator is solely responsible for checking the conditions in force and complying with the applicable regulations before each flight. The counts and summaries shown by the tool are for guidance only and have no contractual value.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, design, source code, logo and the «ZONA 120» brand belong to the owner of this website or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express permission is prohibited.
Third-party content used under licence: the videos on the home page come from Pexels and are used under its licence; the maps and aerial imagery come from the IGN (CC BY 4.0, © Instituto Geográfico Nacional); UAS geographical zones are public information from ENAIRE; place search uses data © OpenStreetMap contributors.
5. Liability
The owner is not liable for damage arising from service interruptions, technical errors, viruses or the use users make of the information on the website. Links to third-party websites are provided for information only; the owner does not control and is not responsible for their content or policies.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts that have jurisdiction under the law; where the user is a consumer, the courts of their place of residence will have jurisdiction.
Privacy policy
This policy explains how personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process
- Contact form: full name, company or operator, email, phone, service of interest, location of the operation, the airspace analysis you choose to attach and your message.
- Communications: the data you give us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Clients: the data needed to provide the contracted service (for example, details of the UAS operator, pilots, aircraft and operation) and billing details.
- Technical data: the hosting provider automatically logs technical connection data (such as the IP address) for the operation and security of the website.
Airspace analyser: the coordinates you enter are processed in your browser and sent directly to ENAIRE and, if you use the search box, to OpenStreetMap, to run the query. ZONA 120 does not receive or store them unless you choose to send them through the form. The «Use my current location» feature is only activated if you press it and your browser asks for your permission; your position is not sent to ZONA 120.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Answering your enquiries and preparing quotes. Basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Providing the contracted services (analyses, coordinations, aeronautical studies and procedures with authorities). Basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Complying with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting obligations. Basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Keeping the website secure and preventing fraudulent submissions or spam. Basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
No profiling is carried out and no automated decisions with legal effects are made. We do not send commercial communications without your prior consent.
4. Retention period
Data from enquiries that do not lead to a contract is kept for up to one year from the last communication. Client data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods (for example, six years for accounting records under the Spanish Commercial Code, and the limitation periods for tax obligations). After those periods, it is securely deleted.
5. Recipients
- Public bodies and entities needed to process the service you request (AESA, ENAIRE, the Spanish Ministry of the Interior, airport operators or other bodies, including authorities in other countries for international operations), only when you ask for it or the contracted service requires it.
- A lawyer specialised in aviation law who works with ZONA 120, only when your matter requires legal advice and subject to professional secrecy.
- Providers acting as data processors: Netlify, Inc. (web hosting and form handling), Google (email service) and, where applicable, tax and accounting advisers. They only process data following our instructions.
- WhatsApp: if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, the communication is also governed by WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy.
- Public authorities, courts and tribunals, where there is a legal obligation.
6. International transfers
Some providers (Netlify and Google) may process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.
7. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Write to zona120consulting@gmail.com with the subject «Data protection», stating the right you wish to exercise and proving your identity. We will reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe your data is not being processed correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Third-party data and accuracy
You guarantee that the data you provide is true and up to date. If you give us data about other people (for example, pilots or other members of your team), you must have informed them beforehand of the content of this policy.
9. Minors
This website is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we find that such data has been provided, we will delete it.
10. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encrypted connection (HTTPS), content security policies in the browser, minimisation of the data collected and restricted access to information.
Cookie policy
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that some websites store on your device to remember information about your visit. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, are subject to the same rules (Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE).
2. Cookies used by this website
This website does not use its own or third-party cookies, whether technical, analytical or advertising, and it does not store information in your browser's local storage. We do not use analytics or advertising tools. That is why we do not show a cookie consent banner.
3. Third-party services loaded while browsing
To display some content, your browser connects to third-party services, which receive technical connection data (such as the IP address) under their own policies. According to our review, none of them sets cookies through this website:
- Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia): the website's fonts. It was chosen over other options because it does not log visitors' IP addresses.
- jsDelivr: the map library (Leaflet). It only loads when you reach the analyser section.
- Spanish National Geographic Institute (IGN): base map and aerial imagery for the analyser and the trailer.
- ENAIRE: UAS geographical zones for the analyser.
- OpenStreetMap Nominatim: only if you use the place search.
- Netlify: website hosting.
- WhatsApp: only if you press the WhatsApp button, which opens the app or its website.
4. Changes to this policy
If we add cookies that are not strictly necessary in the future (for example, analytics cookies), we will ask for your prior consent through a notice before setting them and will update this policy.
